Samuel Son is a litigation attorney with experience spanning securities, commercial, patent, employment, and class action litigation matters. He has represented clients ranging from major corporations to individuals, and his work has included drafting dispositive motions, managing complex discovery, conducting legal research and analysis, and litigating in court for hearings and arguments.

In prior roles, Samuel has secured dismissals on behalf of individuals and corporate clients, secured favorable judgments and settlements in contract, employment, and tort disputes, as well as supported large-scale securities class actions. He has also developed litigation strategies in high-value cases and advised clients on cross-jurisdictional compliance issues including wage and hour laws and nascent regulatory issues concerning technology and artificial intelligence.

Having earned an undergraduate degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and law degree from Villanova University School of Law, Samuel brings both technical rigor and legal insight to complex litigation. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
